Holder of a B.S. in Civil Engineering from URI, with a Minor in Leadership Studies, Nate is a PHIUS Certified Builder, a Prior Service US Army Officer, OHSA 30 certified, and holds an L.E.A.D.R. for Life certification from Crestcom International. His diverse background includes serving as an Estimator for mid-to-large scale GCs in the greater LA area, estimating projects up to $100 million, and a commendable 10-year service in the Army National Guard.
With a strong background in affordable housing development across the greater Boston Area. He navigates complex projects, forging lasting relationships. Known for his commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions, Nate’s impact extends beyond technical proficiency to a collaborative approach that addresses the unique challenges of affordable housing developments.
