Brian Moniz is the Controller at Bald Hill Builders. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, 6 in Finance, Brian brings extensive expertise in Construction Accounting. He understands the client’s needs and takes a hands-on approach to solve problems.
Brian is a significant component of the team handling all the aspects of Finance, including the development of financial policies and procedures, management reporting, forecasting, Accounts payable/Receivable, Job Cost, Monthly closings, and revenue recognition.
After graduating from Framingham State University, Brian gained professional experience as a Project Accountant and Financial Analyst for Shawmut Design and Construction. He effectively managed budgets and reported on a variety of multi-million-dollar projects.
Before graduating, Brian gained insight into the construction industry from working closely with his father’s construction company as a laborer to learn industry trades.
