Bald Hill Builders believes in investing in our people. Annually, Bald Hill Builders recognizes an employee who exemplifies the culture of Building a Better Experience for clients and employees. The BABE (Building a Better Experience) Award is presented at our holiday party where the employee’s efforts and achievements are acknowledged in front of the whole company.
